Lydia Warren, LMFT
About me
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in North Carolina. I work with individuals seeking therapy for a variety of reasons including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, self esteem, and those experiencing difficult life transitions. By creating a therapeutic relationship with individuals, together we create a space where the client can explore, embrace and express their unique essence and become all they were created to be.
My approach is empathetic, warm, and client centered. Using four cornerstones of well being; heart (spiritual and emotional), body (nutrition and movement), mind (mindfulness and thought patterns) and social (relationships), we will explore the client's individual strengths and together set goals and objectives for optimal well being. I believe that no matter how our stories began, we all have power over where our stories go from here. I want to work with you to discover and express the next part of your story. I am here to support, motivate and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!
