Lyn is the best! I trust her completely. She was there with me and helped me get through some rough times. With her guidance, I learned from them and improved myself. If you love yourself - get Lyn into your life.

I’ve been working with Lyn for a wee while now, and I’m genuinely grateful for the guidance and support I’ve received. She truly creates a safe, non-judgmental space that allows for honest conversations and self-reflection. I love her way of listening and asking the right questions that help me see things from a new perspective. She also provides with loads of interesting and relevant material to read for content if you want to.
What I appreciate most is her ability to offer insights that are truly empowering, rather than simply giving advice. It's clear that Lyn truly cares about their clients’ well-being. I always leave our sessions feeling heard, respected, and more equipped to handle whatever comes my way.

We've only just began a couple of weeks ago, but I'm already grateful for Lyn's warmth and support. She really makes me believe there's actual how for me to become the real, better version of myself that I always doubted to be.

Lyn has a wide array of life experience and medical and psychological experience. For me it is important to find a therapist who has a deeper understanding of my medical issues. She is also willing to keep an open mind, while simultaneously challenges me when I need it.

Incredibly helpful. Not just for the immediate challenges I faced, but for my whole future life.
