Dr. Jackson is a truly exceptional therapist. One of her standout qualities is her consistency; she is always there for me, ready to listen and offer guidance. Her grounded approach and voice of reason have helped me navigate through some of my toughest times. I also appreciate how she occasionally shares personal anecdotes, which help me put things into perspective and make me feel less alone. Dr. Jackson was of great help in this season of my life. She is a great listener, wise, kind and intelligent. She helped me to see that my season of depression, post breakup with my ex partner was just temporary and only a stage passing by during my life. She has helped me to hope again and move forward. Her counsel was timely in my life.
