Reviews

I truly believe Mackenzie is a gift from the universe in some way. From the first session I felt heard, validated, respected, and valued by her. I have never felt as stable, strong, and confident as I do after just a couple months of seeing her. She remembers the little details of things I say, and she genuinely cares for my me and my wellbeing. I honestly praise her to anyone who will listen, and she has cemented my belief that therapy and having someone who cares is all the foundation you need to build a better life for yourself. She holds incredible empathy, is very bubbly and kind, and overall I really admire her. She understands that emotional safety is a number one priority, and she is incredible at providing that safety. I cannot say enough about how much I cherish having her in my corner.
