Dr. Mahana Lugo-Montenegro listens attentively and provides insightful feedback. Her approach is fantastic because it emphasizes taking action and making progress. In just two weeks, I’ve already noticed a positive shift in how I think and interact with my partner. I highly recommend her to friends and family. It’s also incredibly helpful that she’s fluent in both Spanish and English, especially for someone like me who easily switches between the two during our conversations.
