Malik is a great therapist with insights and skills that are more hands on than a traditional psychologist. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my time talking with Malik. He’s a really friendly guy, easy to talk to. We have a lot in common, so most of the time we’d just talk about our hobbies and what we got up to recently. He’d be able to tie my hobbies in with my problems and emotions. He gave me a clearer understanding about my thoughts, and taught me to accept myself.

Malik Akhtar is the best therapist I have ever had. He not only listens to my problems, but actually offers a solution that directly targets what you are experiencing in your body and mind. He gives you a fresh perspective that still validates your experiences. I could not recommend him more! I have told many people in my life about him.
