I could not be happier with Malinda and fact I had her as my therapist. She is wonderful! Initially I have joined better help to help my anxiety, panic attacks and depression. Malinda always responded to my messages full of panic in quick manner and always offered support. During live session I have always felt safe, supported and listened to. She gave me homework to do which was amazing as it gave me sense of doing something "physical" to help my mental health and offered variety of sources to read and look through. Additionally she is incredibly respectful of me and my feelings and never pushes her own opinions. Instead she professionally and gently guided me through this journey to make my own conclusions and realisations! I also really appreciate her excellent sense of humour and sessions did not felt "stale, formal or intimidating" which made me look forward to them even more weekly. Being able to message her during my panic attacks helped me immensely! Not only she helped me to conquer my anxiety, depression and panic which I signed up for in the first place, but she guided me through my old deep traumas I suppressed for such a long time and that caused these anxiety and depression. I am a better person thanks to her not only mental health issues wise, but I feel more prepared to tackle future issues as they come, live my life, love myself and be kind to myself! Without a doubt if I will come back to this app or therapy, it will be Malinda!
