Hello and welcome to my page. First, I would like to congratulate you on making the brave decision to start a therapeutic journey to wellness. I am a Licensed Mental Health Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I specialize in helping people with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma. I have worked in a variety of acute and non-acute settings, assisting people with reducing their anxiety and depression with the help of healthy coping skills. I am a Nationally Certified Counselor and certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy, an evidence based approach for PTSD.
