My name is Mallory and I have over 14 years of experience as a therapist working with a variety of individuals; adults, children and families. I am a culturally sensitive therapist who believes each person has an entirely unique experience and story. My approach is person centered, positive, and solution focused. Some of the techniques and modalities I employ are CBT( cognitive behavioral therapy), behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness based practices, existential therapy and psychodynamic approaches.
