I have experience in helping clients struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, addictions, low self-esteem, trauma and abuse as well as grief and loss. I believe that you are the expert in knowing what's best for you and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming life challenges. Malwina is a thoughtful and active listener. She is gentle in her approach but isn’t afraid to help you explore difficult things. She’s great at building on past sessions and recommends a number of resources for you to use to help you grow. Her sessions leave you feeling seen, inspired and hopeful. I would highly recommend her.

Malwina has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my experience with therapy.
She responds to my questions extremely well, provides great insights and allows me to go at my own pace. Malwina has been great! She has a very calming presence and isn't afraid to challenge you. She has some great homework exercises that keep you moving forward throughout your journey.
