Man’s expertise is everything I wanted and expected from a therapist. She checks off everything I needed from therapy. It’s my first time using this app and let alone going to therapy, my first session with Man was so helpful. She really listens and pinpoints how to navigate your emotions or whatever you issue may be. She sent me worksheets that really helped me understand my problems and how to get in touch with myself. Man is very knowledgeable and helped nudge me in the right direction. She follows up on topics you talked about from previous sessions and checks in with you if you’ve been working on yourself or want to touch base on anything. I’m thankful for her service!

If you want to be coddled, agreed with and just hear yourself talk - go elsewhere. Man is not going to placate you, but she will give you the feedback you need to grow. I've been amazed at her ability to keep me on track, dive into the heart of things and make our time together matter. Ms. Man Nguyen has helped me find my way back to enjoy my life again.
