Mandy has been amazing! She is incredibly encouraging, validating, and supportive. This is my first time in therapy and she has been exactly what I needed. She gave me tools to work with my anxiety and to start setting boundaries where they were desperately needed (even with myself!). I feel I can tell her anything and she never makes me feel weird or awkward. She's the BEST!

She understands my situation and offers good suggestions. However, she needs to be more of a hardass with a npd like me.
