About me

My goal in working with you is to help you focus on the causes of issues rather than the symptoms. Symptoms are an excellent road map, but it’s getting to the reason that creates long-lasting change. To help you work on what your cause may be, I use Cognitive Therapy along with a focus on your thoughts and how you manage what you think. I also encourage healthy self-care so that you are both mentally and physically finding the best balance possible to have the energy for your better life.

Change is possible, and you can make things different! I can help you accomplish your desired changes.

Marc is spot on. I am pastoring a difficult church and he has kept me sane. I don’t want to think what I’d do without him. He has been great.

Marc Rott is absolutely insightful. He also is very good at reminding me that the point of this personal work is indeed to do better and feel better, and not just ruminate on the work itself. It is very wonderful.

He is caring, calm and understanding. I never feel harshly pushed or judged at any time. He is quick to find solutions and identify unhelpful negative thoughts that may hold us back. I highly recommend Marc Rott.
