About me

My goal in working with you is to help you focus on the causes of issues rather than the symptoms. Symptoms are an excellent road map, but it’s getting to the reason that creates long-lasting change. To help you work on what your cause may be, I use Cognitive Therapy along with a focus on your thoughts and how you manage what you think. I also encourage healthy self-care so that you are both mentally and physically finding the best balance possible to have the energy for your better life.

Change is possible, and you can make things different! I can help you accomplish your desired changes.

He is caring, calm and understanding. I never feel harshly pushed or judged at any time. He is quick to find solutions and identify unhelpful negative thoughts that may hold us back. I highly recommend Marc Rott.

I have been seeing Marc since January. I am going through a crisis with my family. He puts things into perspective to where I understand it He’s very patient. I’m a huge talker and I interrupt he can usually get me right back on track. I cannot say enough, great things about him. Within the first visit, I felt very heard.
