Margaret is an incredibly skilled clinician. In just a few short months together, she has provided me with tools to improve the relationships around me, both personal and professional, has enlightened me of the mental health explanations of my traits and habits, has made connections from my past to repeating patterns of behavior and my environment. It was through my therapy sessions with Margaret that provided me the encouragement and motivation to want better for myself, to leave the job that was suffocating me, and find something that would improve my overall well-being. Margaret has grounded me when it was necessary and has provided me with a safe, judgement free space for me to express myself and navigate life's challenges. Margaret is intuitive, compassionate, relatable, and knowledgeable. I feel more empowered, self-assured, clear, happy, and motivated then I ever have before. I feel as though I have gained more knowledge of myself through supported self reflection and guidance provided by Margaret.

In just a couple of weeks, Margaret has helped me go from an emotional crisis situation to a more thought out plan on dealing with the break up of my marriage.
Without her help I don’t know how I would have gotten through these last couple of difficult weeks.
