I was anxious to match up to a therapist on BetterHelp, I hadn’t had much luck with any therapist until I spent time with Meg. She goes at your pace, she’s compassionate, and I couldn’t be more grateful for all the thoughts she’s helped me work through.

Meg has been an absolute Godsend. From the very first session, I could feel her expertise, genuine concern and empathy. She gives me homework and provides me tools to help me navigate my life through my mental illnesses, and she checks up on me frequently in between sessions. Meg is so caring and also very professional, and uses every moment of our sessions for focused therapy. She always responds to messages timely, and even avails herself on nights and weekends for her BetterHelp patients. I honestly can’t stress enough how profoundly positive, comforting, and effective my therapy experience with Meg has been. I hope to continue on my journey with her indefinitely!
