Antoinette has been a great help to me to learn how to deal with my anxiety and overwhelming thoughts.
She listens carefully and gives me ways to calm down in a scenario that is triggering of physical anxiety symptoms. She helps me to understand how it is that ptsd and trauma, can affect the mind and body, and that for me to regulate my emotions and mind being mindful of my own breath, can help to alleviate what I’m feeling. On top of that, she helped me find a natural vitamin that helps alleviate feelings of stress and anxiety. I have been using all her tips and have been able to go back to work after being home for over 6 weeks. I would recommend her to anyone struggling with similar issues. She has also helped talk me through the effects of substance abuse and how it can hamper your progress when trying to recover from bouts of anxiety.

I have been attending telehealth sessions with my counselor for anger management issues, and I must say, she is exceptional in her field.
