Mark has been extremely instrumental in helping me to reframe past events, to hold myself accountable for setting appropriate boundaries with people, and to examine different approaches to dealing with chronic pain. Mark does a great job of listening, providing expertise and suggestions, and asking for feedback about which approaches are working and what kinds of things you'd like to address next.
