Markus is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado (LPC) and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida (LMHC) specializing in mood disorders, stress management for high-octane perfectionists, grief, identity exploration (incl. career and life purpose), gender concerns and phase-of-life difficulties.
With 15+ years' experience in helping professions, Markus has devoted his efforts to finding the best methods to help his clients become mentally well and stress-hardy. He has aided his clients to move beyond Depression, Addiction, Anxiety Disorders and Phobias, Post-traumatic Stress, Grief and Loss of loved ones, and has employed progressive strategies including Mindfulness, Music Therapy, Adventure Therapy, and Guided Meditation. Markus has spent extensive time in 30+ countries on the quest for collective human traits and certain attitudes which fuel growth and achievement.
