Marsha Hayes, LPC
About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Louisiana and Arizona with over 15 years of experience working with adults in a variety of settings. I believe counseling should result in solutions that can be used again if the need arises. I approach counseling from a combination of person-centered, cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapies to provide strategies that promote better functioning in your everyday life. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) which has been used to help people heal from symptoms associated with PTSD, depression, grief and anxiety. I believe everyone should be treated with respect and not feel judged. I do my best to provide a safe and open atmosphere where you can feel comfortable to be yourself. I look forward to meeting and working with you!
