Marsha is a good chat "listener". She let me pour out my concerns, ask some questions for clarification and made a some suggestions, plus referring me to several books that deal with my issues. Her support has been absolutely crucial in helping me begin to achieve my goals and change behaviors that were upsetting me and dragging me down. I am so glad I reached out for help to "Betterhelp". I've had counseling off and on for several years and this is the best experience and most help I've ever received in such a relatively short period of time. Marsha is actually coaching me at learning and taking action to help myself identify and resolve my own issues. She's a gem!
