Marta Sibilska, BACP
About me
I am a professional psychotherapist and counsellor with several years of experience in working with loss and bereavement, anxiety, addictions, emotional wellbeing at work, burnout, relationships issues, trauma, depression and other mental health concerns.
In our life journeys facing pressures and obstacles can be overwhelming and confusing. It may trigger feelings of anxiety, depression, panic, helplessness or frustration. Feeling uncertain what to do next or how to cope is normal and therapy can offer safe and confidential space for anyone who may be stuck and swamped.
Exploring personal concerns in non-judgmental and collaborative settings can help individuals in different ways.
Through talking about problems and past experiences, hope, self-awareness and resourcefulness can be rebuilt and restored.
I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion and will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your specific needs. Through initial assessment I will ensure that the right approach is undertaken to suit your goals. In my work with clients, I focus on finding solutions, reaching emotional balance, and supporting personal growth through deeper understanding of self, gaining new insights and making meaningful connections.

I find Marta highly knowledgeable and our sessions are always filled with understanding and compassion. I feel I am really listened to in a non judgemental way. She is great at getting below the surface of things to help me look at what bothers me from different perspective. I do recommend Marta to anyone who wants to make a change but also understand better where the root issue is.
