I am a licensed clinical and mental health counselor licensed in North Carolina with over 17 years of experience working as a counselor and supervisor. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, career challenges and substance use disorders.
I believe in respecting and working together with my clients to meet their individualized needs. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral and motivational interviewing techniques.
