Only had a few sessions with Mary, and she has helped me greatly! Excited to continue to work with her.

From day one Mary has been amazing, quick to respond to requests, very flexible in scheduling sessions, and extremely helpful and patient during our sessions. I would highly recommend her to anyone thinking about doing virtual counseling.

I first met with Mary back in 2019, towards the end anyways. I had just been through a pretty violent and manipulative domestic relationship. The relationship lasted 5 long years. Needless to say I had developed some serious self esteem, personal value, and identity issues as a result. I didn’t think I deserved better. I wanted my ex to LEARN and CHANGE. But I wanted my therapy to make ME better, so maybe my ex would also want to get better too. Mary helped me realize that I needed to grow for ME. NOT for anyone else. She helped me identify opportunities for growth and development, and helped get me the tools needed for real change to happen. 10/10 would recommend Mary!!

I have been meeting with Mary for the past couple of months and couldn't be happier. After several failed attempts to find a counselor on BetterHelp that would work for me, Mary showed up and changed my opinion of the site! Mary is sensitive but truthful, objective but understanding, extremely empathetic and kind, and she's a joy to talk with. Thank you Mary, for being great.
