Mary is knowledgeable, empathetic, and presents as kind. That is so helpful when spilling history. Every time I speak with her I am just grateful for the experience. I am 62 years old. I do not have experience with therapy and Mary is highly skilled. She makes emotional work seem effortless.

She really listens and understands my problem. She helps me find ways to take steps that I can handle and supports me. She helps me feel empowered and encourages me to kind to and reasonable with myself. I feel I’m improving in baby steps but am comfortable having a meltdown too. So understanding encouraging and helpful
