About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Minnesota and Wisconsin. I have worked in the counseling field for over 30 years. I have an additional Masters Degree in Theology and a Pastoral Ministry Certificate. I have a national certification as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. I am trained in A-R-T/ Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
I am experienced in working with depression, anxiety, relationship and parenting issues, job and workplace issues, emotional abuse, chronic illness and life stage changes. My counseling style is caring and interactive. I am client centered and solution focused. I take a holistic approach of Mind-Body-Spirit. I offer Christian Counseling. I believe in treating each person with respect, kindness, working as a team, and empowering you with skills to move forward on your journey.
