I am so happy to have Mary Jo as my therapist. For the first time after years of therapy, I feel like I’m really getting somewhere. We are really digging deep and Mary Jo is doing a phenomenal job in facilitating our sessions. She is warm, empathetic and very easy to talk to. She asks the tough questions but with compassion and understanding. She is both very personable and professional. I would recommend her to anyone seeking therapy, especially for overcoming trauma.
