My name is Mary 'Beth' Fisher Sanders and I go by 'Beth Sanders'. I have practiced for over 30 years and am a licensed clinical social worker with certifications that reflect extensive background in addictions and other mental health issues. I have also worked for most of my career with a focus on families and couples. My approach is relational. There are as many approaches to therapy as there are therapists - if we align to work together my role is to empower you to reach your goals, to help you identify the assets and barriers to doing so, and perhaps teach some healthy coping and communication strategies as well. I consider the journey to self awareness and understanding a sacred journey, and one that is vital for desired change. Time is a precious commodity, and I will challenge you to maximize yours to achieve desired results. Additionally, it is a process that I myself continue to do, so be assured that there is nothing that I will ask you to do that I have not done myself. While I do not claim to be a religiously based therapist, please know that there is a spiritual foundation in my approach and I will meet you whereever you are in your spirituality, whatever that means to you. I consider it a great honor to know the deepest parts of those that I walk and work with, and will help you lift up and strengthen the best parts of you.

I highly respect Mary Fisher as my therapist, and I consider her a calm port in my stormy life. She always gives me great advice and a variety of good ideas on how to approach my personal problems. I have come a long way in the past 13 months and look forward to our sessions as much as I look forward to going out FISHING!

Mary (Beth) is a wonderful listener with a ton of experience and wise guidance to share. She is very professional, yet personal and caring. I have grown so much since beginning to work with her seven months ago. She has helped me through some serious issues with an addicted loved one and my own codependency.

I’ve had 2 sessions with Beth so far and I can’t recommend her enough. She’s so attentive and genuinely kind that she makes me feel so much better instantly after I open the chat and start to speak. She’s very educated and she makes me feel very confident that she can help me. I truly can’t wait to see where therapy with her will take me. I can’t thank Beth enough for her work and her time and her genuine presence during sessions.

I have worked with Beth for about 6 months, and cannot express how helpful she has been in taking care of my mental health. When I started seeing her, I was in a pretty low point in my life. She gave me useful tools to implement in my life, provided a safe place to talk about my struggles, and offered great advice. I am in a much better place than I was 6 months ago and attribute much of that to the help of Beth! I cannot recommend Beth enough, thank you so much for all of your help and support!
