Mary Heller is an amazing therapist, I’d say a perfect fit for me. And trust me, I have had a lot of therapy so I don’t make this statement lightly. I am so encouraged to have found her. In the few short weeks I have worked with her, I have made tremendous progress pertaining to my direct concerns and have been given many helpful tools with immediate follow through (post our sessions), so that I may utilize them throughout my daily life.
