Mary (Peggy) Keating, LISW
About me
Experienced, empathetic therapist who will help you to work on the problems that are interfering with your living your best life. Includes understanding identity, LGBTQI, mood, relationships, anxiety, grief, aging, family, past/present trauma or other issues that interfere or keep you from living life to the fullest. While gentle & supportive in my approach, I also know that sometimes what is needed, is a therapist who can also call out BS and help you get unstuck. I am that therapist.

Peggy is the best! This is my first therapy experience and I’ve been seeing her over a year. She calls me out when I need it, is supportive, and exactly what I hoped for when signing up for therapy. She pushes me out of my comfort zone and helps guide me through my own thought processes.

Just off of our first session I knew Peggy was the right therapist for me. I have switch therapist a few times and was apprehensive about finding a new one and on the verge of giving up, but I ended up being automatically matched with Peggy and found my match. As someone who isn’t officially diagnosed with ADHD but shows symptoms of it, Peggy is perfect because she has experience in helping people with it and is always kind and empathetic and very experienced. I feel safe talking to her and look forward to more sessions in the future.
