About me

Prior to becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor, I worked in corporate America. This background gives me perspectives to share with people are looking to enhance , or change, the direction of their careers.

I am awed by people's ability to make positive changes in their life with counseling assistance. There are times when we need to slow down and focus on our health and well being for ourselves and the people who care about us. Counseling provides that kind of safety, exploration, and insight. Using our increasing knowledge of the brain's ability to change and grow, I work with people experiencing the effects of anxiety on their lives. We work together to forge a path for improved mood, sleep, and life quality.

Most importantly, I work to help all my clients learn to recognize, and respect, their own strengths and help them realize their dreams and goals.

She has a very pragmatic approach to things; and her business background is extremely helpful for me in dealing with the particular combination of personal and career challenges I'm currently facing, because she understands what the world of business is like.
