About me
Hello! I’m so happy you’re here. I have six years of experience helping people work through stress, anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, relationship challenges, family conflicts, life adjustments, and trauma. My background in crisis stabilization and trauma processing provides a solid foundation to support you during tough times.
I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, understood, and respected. My approach is rooted in compassion and curiosity, and I work closely with you to create a treatment plan that fits your needs and goals. Together, we’ll figure out a way forward that feels realistic and meaningful—no matter what challenges you’re facing.
In addition to traditional therapy, I’ve pursued specialized training in psychedelic-assisted therapy and offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) for clients who may benefit from it. For KAP appointments, the medical portion is billed separately through Journey Clinical. I also provide somatic experiencing sessions and EMDR, which may need to be conducted on a different platform.
I’m in-network with many insurance plans, and if you’re using out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill to help with reimbursement. If you have any questions about costs or logistics, just reach out—I’ll do my best to make therapy as accessible as possible.
Feel free to schedule an introductory 30-minute call to see if we’d be a good fit. I look forward to meeting you!
