About me
I am a mental health counselor licensed in NY, RI & MA with 12 years of experience working as a therapist. I aim to build a safe, supportive, judgement-free therapeutic environment to assist clients in reaching their full potential. I use a strength-based, holistic approach with an emphasis on empowering the client through empathy, compassion, insight, and skill building to make the changes one wants to see in their life.
I provide services for adults and couples struggling with anxiety and depressive disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, acute or prolonged trauma, behavioral problems, adjustment disorders, domestic and relationship issues, substance abuse issues, eating disorders, autism spectrum disorders, psychotic disorders, and other emotional, behavioral and co-occurring disorders.
I utilize a variety of treatment approaches to meet each client’s needs including (but not limited to) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and the ARC Trauma Framework (Attachment, Self-Regulation and Competency).
I have a BA in Philosophy from St. Bonaventure University and an MS in Counseling Psychology as well as an MS in Criminal Justice from Salem State University.

Molly is an outstanding counselor who listens and helps you problem solve obstacles that enter your parh,. She is kind, empathetic and patient. These are all great qualities that help you and lead to thinking about a solution or resolution. Highly recommended.

Molly is literally a live saver. She helped me through one of the HARDEST times in my life, where everything around me was crumbling in all aspects of my life. I am thankful to have had her help and would highly recommend her to anyone who is trying to wrangle their life back together, whether it's because of anxiety, depression, relationship problems, family problems or better understanding themselves and their behavior.
