As an LCSW in Maine for more than thirty years, I am trained in CBT, DBT, ACT, Gestalt Therapy: The Cape Cod Model, Humanistic Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Positive Psychology, Somatic Therapy, Couples Therapy, Family Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, Compassion Informed Inquiry, Play Therapy, Grief and Loss Work, Shamanism, Intuitive Energy Work, Transtioning/Hospice or End of Life Work, and Equine Assisted Therapy. I am a Reiki Master and am currently enrolled in Martha Beck's Wayfinder Life Coach Training Program.
