About me
I have worked in the Human Services field for 42 years. My expertise is in working with individuals and family members affected by addiction. mood disorders, adjustment issues related to life changes, women's issues, and conflict resolution. My orientation is influenced by in-depth training in Gestalt therapy, CBT, and Motivational therapy. My approach is person-centered, meaning that we will focus on your perception of your needs and how therapy will best benefit you.
My career path has included providing inpatient and outpatient drug and alcohol treatment, inpatient, partial, and outpatient mental health treatment, and training and staff development for new counselors. I have worked with individuals of all ages and with a wide variety of difficulties. I am sure that I will be able to assist you in finding your answers.

I’ve only met with Mary a couple of times so far, but I am very happy I was paired with her! She’s very understanding. I love talking to her and getting her feedback and insight!
