I've always felt very seen while talking to Mary, she takes even my most ridiculous concerns seriously and has the know how to address them. She helped me make some deep realizations about how I'm viewing the world, and start me on getting away from those thoughts and feelings.

Mary took the time to sit around and listen to everything I would have to say. She would then pin point everything that would think would needed to be worked on. 10/10, would 100% recommend her!

I’ve had two therapists before that I’ve found through painstaking research and initial interviews, but the best therapist I have found to date, and the one who has been helping me heal in leaps and bounds over the past year, is Mary. I am more shocked than anyone that I found her by asking a few questions on an app, but here we are. The scheduling platform is great, the ability to text her is wonderful, but most of all she’s just an incredible therapist that provides the exact mix of listening and responding and challenging me that I need. Absolutely amazed and eternally grateful that I found her. She has without exaggeration saved me.

Mary is excellent. I highly recommend her for anyone seeking a competent, compassionate therapist with an ability to bring clarity to a situation. I’m a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), and Mary has been a good fit for that, too.

The thing about Mary I appreciate the most is the extra effort that she makes. The check up that she does. Some times I am not doing OK that week, but I don't want to bother a therapist with a whole session. But Mary will do short check ins, just to make sure you are OK. That is something I really appreciated. Because sometimes I will forget that I have someone that I can talk to. I will honestly forget, but then Mary checks in, and I realize that I can talk to her.

I just had my first session with Mary, and she wildly exceeded all my expectations! She was comfortable to talk to, with lots of life experience… She intuitively knew where to focus my attention, had fantastic insights, and extremely helpful. I’ve had several not-so-good experiences with some therapists in the past, but she was perfect!!!! I’ve been through some VERY challenging times these past few years, with lots of deep pain, sadness and anger coming up to be healed… and facing these things all alone has been challenging. I’m a mentor myself, have spent many decades doing lots of therapy and healing work - and I’ve struggled to find therapists with enough life experience to be helpful lately… but I felt very understood and respected by Mary. She brought a lot of great insights to the table. And I trusted her immediately, which is rare. I’m also deeply into spiritual subjects, as I do intuitive work for a living, and she was very open and affirming in this area, which was s huge relief! I’d highly recommend trying out Mary’s work… she’s a total GEM!
