Mary Weston is the best therapist I’ve ever had. She’s so knowledgeable and helpful— and she also puts me at ease and is a great listener. She always has new information and ideas to help me. I’m very grateful that I found her.

Mary is incredibly good at listening to what you’re saying and going through while providing information and help in an empathetic way. She is very wise.

I used to be skeptical about therapy because it was not something we did growing up. However, after experiencing a lot of hardship, I found someone who truly understood me and provided the support I needed - Mary. Mary is a dedicated listener who not only empathizes but also actively engages in the therapeutic process. She approaches therapy in a way that emphasizes the importance of putting in the work, and she is there every step of the way. Mary has broadened my perspective on therapy by delving into the emotional and cognitive aspects, making everything clearer and more understandable. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their current situation or seeking personal growth.

Mary has really helped me gather my thoughts and given me tools to deal with big changes in a healthy manner. I appreciate that she has a wide variety of knowledge. From scholarly explanations to her own real life examples. She is very kind to pick up on my body language too and asks if what she is saying is making me nervous/unsure/etc. I feel like I am working through my challenges with her rather than rattling off a story. 10/10!

She is a great listener and she is very relatable. She is very easy to talk to and is always sending something to help you between sessions - handouts etc.
