About me
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker based in Massachusetts. I have 14 years of clinical experience with adults, adolescents, children, and families, both in individual and in group counseling. I have worked with individuals facing a variety of issues and challenges, including anxiety, depression, family relationship issues, couples issues, LGBTQ+, domestic violence, trauma, unemployment, disability, and school performance issues.
My clinical approach combines elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I will look at your current situation from a strengths perspective and assist you to identify and use the strengths you already have to cope with the issues you are currently experiencing.
