About me
Hello,
First, let me say how impressed I am that you are taking your well-being into your own hands. I am a fully licensed therapist, who graduated with a Master of Social Work Degree from Michigan State University. I work with adults experiencing life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, emotional regulation difficulty, unhealthy coping patters, and those seeking personal or professional growth and self-efficacy. I have enormous faith in the therapeutic process and in the ability for all humans to find their way with support. You will find me a warm, present, engaged, compassionate, and genuine therapist. I see it as an honor to hold space for you and walk alongside you as you become the next version of you.
