This is my first time seeking help and Matthew made me feel like I was talking to a lifelong friend and not a therapist. He’s a great listener and really knew how to comfort me in my worst moments. Matthew not only taught me proactive ways to deal with panic but did an incredible job grounding me from all the thoughts and craziness that I was going through and was always one step ahead of me when I thought no one could possibly understand what I was going through. Truly blessed to have met him and I’m more then grateful to finally be making some headway towards clarity.
