I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Alabama and have been in private practice since 2013. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, coping with grief and loss, & parenting issues. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared in a relaxing setting without fear of judgment. Matthew and I connect well, and his therapy is very good for me. Better help is awesome , far more convenient than driving to an appointment. And if we didn't connect with each other, very easy and quick to find another therapist. But Matt works quite well for me.
