About me

Life can be very difficult even under the best of circumstances. Trauma, despair, anxiety and loss are an all too common part of life. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) practicing in the state of Utah and specialize in treating individuals who are dealing with these and many other hardships in their lives. Therapy is a process of client and clinician working together as a team to help the individual find healing and peace in order that they might move forward confidently to reach their goals and live their best life.

I specialize in treating adults experiencing symptoms related to trauma utilizing Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I also have extensive experience treating those suffering from symptoms of depression, anxiety, and scrupulosity using a solutions-based approach in conjunction with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
