Maurvet has been fantastic - she is extremely supportive and understanding, but she’s also not afraid to point out when I need to be doing different or better. She’s gives me a safe space to share whatever feelings I have, but doesn’t let it turn into wallowing. Whenever we’re talking along the lines of self-improvement, she presents concrete methods and practices for me to try instead of leaving things in general terms.
