About me

Life can be overwhelming, messy, beautiful, and hard—all at once. If you're feeling anxious, stuck, disconnected, or just plain exhausted, therapy can be a powerful way to sort through it and start feeling more like yourself again.

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience supporting adults through life’s toughest (and most confusing) seasons. I help people work through anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship stress, parenting challenges, and big life transitions. Whether you’re facing something new or something that’s been building for a while, I’ll meet you with empathy, honesty, and no judgment.

My approach is collaborative and grounded—I blend evidence-based methods like CBT, solution-focused, psychodynamic, and humanistic therapies. We'll work together to understand what’s going on, make room for healing, and find practical steps forward. Some sessions might feel deep and reflective; others might be about learning new tools or simply letting yourself exhale. And yes, there’s room for humor, too—because growth and grace can coexist.

If you’re ready for a space that’s fully yours—to talk, process, and move toward something better—I’m here.
