About me

Hello, and welcome! My name is Meaghan, and I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of New Hampshire. I have over 13 years of professional work experience as a mental health therapist, and 20 years work experience in the mental health field as a whole. In addition to my traditional mental health field expereince, I am also a certified hypntherapist and certified life coach. I love to bring in holistic modalites such as hypnotherapy and mindfulness to my clients to help them grow and find inner peace.

I am passionate about helping clients learn to cope with grief and loss, increase motivation and self esteem, work through life transitions, set and keep goals, identify negative patterns, and remove blocks that are hindering you from living a joyful life. I believe you are the expert of your life, and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
