About me
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Nationally Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts with over 15 years of experience in the counseling and education fields including positions as a special educator, secondary school adjustment counselor, emergency department crisis clinician, and a graduate online instructor. I have been working as a therapist in private practice for over 10 years specializing in adolescent and adult mental/emotional health, ADHD, anxiety, depression, healthy living, family/behavior management strategies, parenting, and educational issues.
I use an integrative, intuitive, and interactive approach to counseling to create a non-judgmental and relaxed environment. I believe that healing begins with feeling heard and understood. I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet individual needs and empower clients with a focus on emotional and neurobiological exploration.
