Megan is a great listener and asks insightful questions that have helped me navigate a difficult time in my life. She has been open to making adjustments when some of her recommended readings did not resonate for me. Megan had some good suggestions that have been helpful to me.

Megan Boesen is a FANTASTIC therapist. I'm a late-diagnosed autistic person in my 30s, and I've been seeing Megan every week over the last year or so. When we first started talking my life was an absolute mess; I was in a severe state of burnout as I was losing my job, and dealing with intense anxiety, depression, and mood disorder symptoms. Megan was there to coach me through some of the hardest experiences of my life, and her broad expertise from over two decades in the mental health field gave her many insights into helping me navigate my situation, which ultimately is resulting in a total career change for me. My personal situation is pretty complicated and I'm not totally out of the woods yet, but even when I do encounter challenges today I feel SO much better equipped to handle them. Megan is an excellent therapist and I honestly don't know how I would have gotten through the last year of my life without her help and guidance. Cannot recommend highly enough. 10/10.

I have done therapy for many years with many therapists and Megan Boesen is in a class of her own. Megan is professional, knowledgeable, caring, extremely intelligent (both intellectually and emotionally) and in tune (with any issue I throw at her). She’s also very likable with a sense of humor both being overlooked qualities in therapists. Megan is goal/progress oriented and growth is dependent on your level of active participation. She’s supportive while being transparent and consistent….need I say more?
