Megan is attentive, supportive, and easy to express oneself to. Her care with my struggles and understanding of my shortcomings gave me insight into how to grow and move forward.

Megan is the first therapist that I have tried in about three years. I had lost my faith that therapy would ever work for me and I had also lost faith in much of the healthcare system here in the US, but Megan has entirely changed my mindset. She’s not a miracle worker. I’m still depressed, but in the two weeks I’ve been going to her, she’s reminded what therapy and the healthcare system is supposed to be about: helping people in the way that individual needs help. The way I need help is not going to be like how Megan’s other patients do and she’s recognized that and adjusted so that we find what works best to help me best. The singular thing that has made me trust her more than anyone else is that she talks like a person. She doesn’t base her conversations with me on the usual “therapist script”. She makes me feel like I’m just talking to a friend. She really is the helping hand I needed.
