Megan is great at getting to the root of the issue. She quickly identified the chief hangup in my life and shockingly, not in a negative way. She made it clear where the issue stems from, how that's been beneficial to me so far, and how changing the issue (into the opposite) will feel weird, but ultimately serve me better, both in the present and going forward. She's provided helpful assignments for me to be mindful of and especially being aware of the voice in my head that's unnecessarily critical. Really enjoyed my time and have lifelong goals from the sessions.
