I am licensed in Florida with 8 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, depression, & coping with life changes. I integrate a variety of techniques into my approach, including mindfulness, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and cognitive behavioral techniques. My treatment approach is individually tailored to each client. Together, we will build coping skills and apply therapeutic techniques that are unique to your needs. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
