About me

Thank you for taking the time to view my bio! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the State of Ohio and have been practicing since 2004. I also just recently became licensed within the state of Nevada as well (2024). I worked in the college setting beginning in 2004, working with both traditional college age students as well as adult students. I have also been active in the online sector of therapy since November 2017.

I have experience with a variety of issues that impact clients including, relationship issues, family issues, self esteem, mood disorders, suicidal ideations, anxiety, depression, etc.

My approach is eclectic and I try to tailor my approach to what would be most beneficial to the individual client (including various theories and techniques), I feel it is important to be collaborative through this process and welcome any questions and feedback throughout the therapeutic experience.

I hope that I can be a good fit for you and look forward to working with you through this process! Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. Best wishes!

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Meghan Griffin. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I really appreciate Meghan. I have had really good support and responses from Meghan. There was one time I didn’t feel the most supported and I was worried about bringing it up. I brought it up and I couldn’t have asked for a better response. Since then it has not been weird or awkward like I thought it may be when you bring up something. But I appreciate her and the way she works with me.

I feel as though I struck gold when finding Meghan as my therapist. I feel very comfortable sharing my journey with her. Her input is always valuable, and she helps me see things in a different light. I love the fact that I can send her messages throughout the week before my next session. She is quick to respond, and I look forward to working more with her and digging deeper to continue to heal.

I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without Meghan’s guidance over the last 4 1/2 years. She has become an integral part of my mental health!

Meghan allows me to lead our session and asks questions when necessary to make sure she understands fully. Her tone of voice is always calm and encouraging and she has been a great support in learning more about myself.
